Giant Armadillo
Easy to find, great for photos. My son's favorite picture from vacation is of him and the giant armadillo. Truly an Icon.
[Scott, 04/14/2009]Giant Armadillo
This giant 20-ft-long stainless steel-plated armadillo (with longhorns!?!) sits outside Goode's Armadillo Palace on Kirby. His eyes glow red, and smoke pours out his nostrils.
He's quite a site to behold, and a landmark on Kirby Dr. A real Texas gem!
