Home Built Mini-Saucer
Roswell, New Mexico
One of several home-built scaled-down saucer tributes that stand in the yards of Roswell homeowners. This one is larger than most, about ten feet across, a feasible space roadster if the aliens were the size of gerbils. At least one of the power cords hanging out of its hatchway appear to provide electricity to the light bulbs that encircle its upper dome. The slide-shaped ramp is intriguing, and suggests that there may be more going on inside the saucer than can be seen from the street, or that it's builder wanted to provide some entertainment for the local squirrels.
