Perhaps the message was that there was enough meat at the food court to make a longhorn steer, but we're just guessing. Reported gone in January 2024.

The longhorn steer is at the very front entrance of the casino, which is good since the smell of smoke as soon as you walk in is pretty overpowering. It's eh....ok.

[Gaylene, 06/11/2013]In the entrance to the food court at the Boomtown Casino is a large stuffed longhorn steer that was a pet. They have a placard giving all pertinent information about the animal. When I saw this I was not familiar with your web site.
