Circus Animal Trainer grave.

Showman's Rest and Bull Rider's Reprieve

Stay straight after entering the main gate. Go past the little set of buildings on the left. The section will be on your right -- look for the concrete elephants on top of the short pillars.

Lane Frost Grave.

Lane Frost Grave - Greatest Bull Rider

Lane Frost is the greatest bull rider ever to ride, and subject of the major motion picture "8 Seconds." I saw you had the cemetery listed but didn't directly reference the #1 grave in said cemetery and his importance.

Wagon wheel tombstone.

Showman's Rest and Bull Rider's Reprieve

It's a beautiful cemetery with unique tributes to circus folk and rodeo heroes.

[Cindy Sims, 02/22/2015]

Inscription on the circus wagon wheel tombstone: "There's nothing left but empty popcorn sacks and wagon tracks -- the circus is gone."

Circus Performer Graves

Re: Hugo's Mount Olive Cemetery circus graves. The circus that still presides there is the Kelly Greatest Show on Earth, and sits 10 miles east of the town. You can visit this traveling circus during the winter months and see the world's largest land of free roaming circus elephants. This cemetery also is known for being the resting place of Lane Frost, famous Oklahoma bullrider, and subject of the movie "Eight Seconds."
