Video: The Nut Lady Sings the Nut Anthem
Old Lyme, Connecticut
A backyard, acapella performance by the late Elizabeth Tashjian. Nuts are Beee-u-ti-ful. We first visited Elizabeth, the famous Nut Lady, in 1985. This early VHS unedited video from that encounter, squiggly patterns and all, features Elizabeth singing her self-penned "Nut Anthem" -- in front of the World's Largest Nutcracker in her yard. [1:56]
