Fulgenzis Restaurant, next door, features Route 66 memorabilia. It's right down the street from the Illinois State Fairgrounds and the giant Abe Lincoln statue.

Abe the Axe Murderer! I agree with the former comment about the creepiness factor here. At least the Covid-era Abe is fully vaxed.
Across the street is the newly opened Route 66 giant slide and the soon-to-be opened Route 66 Experience Park. Mahan's gas station is a block away.

Elaborate, permanent photo-op features an old-fashioned camera and pose-with-me statues of Abe Lincoln and Frederick Douglass. Brady was famous for his photos of the Civil War and 19th century celebrities.

- Walk into the cemetery at the intersection of Potomac Ave. SE and E St. SE. Walk to the first cross path and turn right. Walk about 100 feet and look to the left. You'll see a life-size statue of Abe Lincoln; that's Brady's grave.
