Davy Crockett Statue
A large statue of Davy Crockett greets visitors in front of the Mystery Spot Antiques shop in Phoenicia. In addition to a photo with Davy, the shop is well worth the visit, but has seasonal hours, and is typically closed during the winter months.

Ten-foot-tall Davy stood outside the town's Sportsman's Bar in the 1970s and eventually became the official local mascot. Weather and vandals took their toll, but Davy was restored and re-erected in his current spot in August 2013.
